The first round of interviews were conducted over zoom. The staff were very friendly and open to questions. The questions were basic get to know you type of questions - nothing obscure or unusual.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Loras College
Interview
Within 3 weeks I got a call for a phone interview and a week later received a call for an in person interview. The in person was about three and a half hours long and consisted of many different meetings (students, faculty/staff, and staff from the specific department).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you supervise students who are only a year younger than you?
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Loras College (Dubuque, IA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Very straight forward. Just like any other interview except 3 people were involved. Make sure you go in with your resume and examples of your work. The interview was very easy and laid back but that all depends on your previous experience. If your experience is lacking, you may want to focus more on the way you word things. If your experience is through the roof, be ready for a very easy interview.
