I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Loopy Cases (Griffith, IN) in Jul 2024
Interview
• interview process took over a month to complete
• in person interview was at a cafe
• interviewers barely interacted or gave feedback and simply typed away before proceeding to the next question
• would stare at each other whenever I would feel the need to pause to gather my thoughts and answer a question making me feel a bit uneasy which is funny because I mentioned how passive aggressive behavior in the workplace shouldn’t be tolerated
• seems like they’re searching for a unicorn to fill the Pick and Pack position, packing cell phones cases

Interview
The interview process was a bit lengthy but overall was a good experience. I felt that I got a good understanding of the company, the role, and the visions for the future.
