There is an extensive background check process for hiring, but there is basically no interview process. You are only asked if you're willing to work with no time off. They are not looking for a good fit for the company, but a spot to fill.

The interview process was short and straight to the point about the position, hours and duties. The manager was super nice and understanding of the hours I could work. I’m excited to start working!
Video interview. Very easy process interviewer was clear and concise with what the job would entail. Went over my resume and asked a few questions about myself and what I hope to gain from working at Loomis.
