After applying to the position I was contacted to setup an interview. The invite said it would be on zoom even though there was no zoom link to the interview. At the scheduled interview time the recruiter called me instead, so I was confused why the invite was misleading and said it was on zoom. With that being said, I felt the interview went really well and I was told I would be moved to the next round, but after the phone call the recruiter emailed me asking for me to clarify something on my resume and after I responded, she never reached out to me again. I had high hopes for this interview process, but it was quite clear this whole process was completely disorganized and these questions on clarification should have been asked in the interview and before getting my hopes up and telling me I was being moved to the next round. It is also ironic this position said that a candidate experience is so important to them when the recruiter ghosted me, and couldn't even be bothered to let me know that after asking for another interview they decided not to move forward.
