I applied for the job by submitting a detailed cover letter along with my experience. I made sure to explain in my cover letter how I met each of the criteria in the person specification. I was then invited for an interview which was online. There were a few different people on my interview panel, including who would be my manager. They took it in turns to ask me questions, all of which asked for examples of a time when I have ‘…’. It was a STAR-based interview.
