The HR manager found me on LinkedIn and asked if I'd be interested in the position. We had a quick phone conversation and I was invited to interview. When I came I was given an IQ test to complete. It was easy but pretty long. I was interviewed by the company owner. We had a pretty pleasant conversation, he told me about their business and the job I applied for and asked about my experience and education. The office is pretty nice and everyone I met there was polite and pleasant. Too bad I didn't get the job.

Applied on linkedin. Received an email a few weeks later from management. After coming early, I met the hiring manger right and had a lengthy and enjoyable discussion of the role and my present experience. Testing was required. Unfortunately, there was no follow up call as promised the following week, or any feedback , which only reflects poorly on the company.
