Fastest interviewing process that I have been part of; my current manager was very involved with the process and made me feel at home before I even got the position.

Interview
I applied through the UCSB job portal, and soon after had a brief call with a recruiter to make sure I was a good fit for the position. Then, I had a Skype interview with a manager. After that, I went into the Santa Barbara office where I interviewed with 4 people and gave a 30 minute long presentation to the group of interviewers. The presentation prompt was to "sell" the value of a process I was passionate about.

Interview
Great interview process. Initial phone call from HR. Second phone call with department manager. 3rd onsite interview and presentation. Onsite interview is with three people: the person in the position you are applying for, the team lead of the position you are applying for and the manager of the department you are applying for.
