I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was emailed by the recruiter. She messaged me and raised my interest about the company and asked if I was interested in learning more about the position etc. Following this initial encounter she encouraged me to apply and send in a cover letter and resume for the position. After submitting my application, they got back to me a few days later to schedule a 30 minute initial phone interview with the manager of talent acquisition. At the end of the phone call I was invited to a face to face interview in the Santa Barbara headquarters where I would meet various employees. Here I interviewed with five people: the recruiter, manager of talent acquisition, the sales manager, director of marketing and a senior sales representative. Everyone was really excited about the product and had a lot of great things to say about the company. They really wanted to know if you were a good fit for the culture they keep near and dear to them. The office was bright and had a ton of cools perks inside, the company really seemed focused on their culture and work-life balance. Everyone that I talked to was incredibly intelligent and seem dedicated to the success of the company. I left the interview energized by the excitement over the great product and felt like there was a huge opportunity for growth and professional development starting at a company growing so rapidly.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
It was a relatively quick hiring process considering how many separate interviews they scheduled. I was emailed by the recruiter. We had a brief phone conversation - mostly to find out about who I am and what some of my previous experiences were. It was a very casual conversation. They reached out to have another interview over a Webcam with some of the people that worked within the position so I could get a look into what I was looking at. They invited me to go into their office to have three 45 minute interviews back-to-back-to-back. It was quite a long day, but it was great to have conversations with people who held high positions with the company on a level that wasn't so high pressure.
