STAY FAR AWAY Phone screen, director of engineering interview, take home and final round. The recruiter never sent my take home to be reviewed, to allow someone else a chance at the position first in the name of a company policy. I repeat do not apply

I applied to the job listing through LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter the same day. We set up a first-round interview to discuss my previous experience in relation to the job description. The person who interviewed me was very nice, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. I also had the opportunity to ask about the company. If I had been selected to continue, there would have been a take-home portion and a final round where you would meet with the team.
