I was contacted by the Director of Talent Acquisition for an interview. It was a zoom interview, covering basic role description and work experience. He told me the company focuses heavily on positive candidate experience, then proceeded to ghost me after I followed up a few times via email and LinkedIn for updates and any feedback. Not taking a minute or two to provide update or feedback after a candidate goes through any stage in the process is definitely negative candidate experience.
