It was an opaque interview process. They weren't honest about the nature of interview. They communicated each interview as the last one but continued scheduling more than 3 rounds of interview. HR had a very biased opinion about Logpoint being the Industry standard in Nepal. They tried to negotiate through intimidation saying "We know how much you and your colleagues are being paid." They played the rejection rate card as part of negotiation implying I should just feel lucky. Though the interview round was not transparent, I liked their technical interview process but the way HR dealt was a huge turn down. For a person applying in a senior role and gets back intimidation and plays "you are lucky" card from HR, its a red flag for me.
