The interview process was very swift and efficient. Things moved swiftly and communications were very clear and professional. The process was not too challenging, but tested my abilities and creative capabilities for the role. The staff members I interacted with mostly (Head of Marketing and People Manager) were extremely nice, approachable and friendly. Two others (CEO and Marketing Manager) were also super friendly. I felt that I had a great connection with everyone, as well as the role and organisation. The offer was also attractive but unfortunately they couldn't approve me starting the job 12 weeks post-offer (they needed someone more immediatey). Overall, the process was fantastic and the interaction with staff was very pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that the initial stages were carried out by an external recruiter which felt quite impersonal and distant from the company.
