The interview was easy and smooth. I got hired on the spot. My co workers were kind and friendly and treated me like family. The management was great too. Very kind people.

It was a great experience . Normal questions about past work experience and goals and plans for future and why I like the Loft and fashion. Manager was very kind and professional.

What was your previous retail experience ? How did you handle a difficult customer /situation?
It was comfortable and straight to the point. Simple questions asked. Nothing too technical. Nice friendly environment. I walked in and met the store manager. She asked me a few questions and few scenario questions. I was hired during the interview.
