- They require FOUR interviews, beginning with HR, then going to Team Manager, then going to Director of Global Support Services, then finally to C level exec. The interviews are all one-on-one. They will generally be spaced a few work days apart from each other, so for me the interview process took more than two weeks.
- I completed 3 interviews before I was declined after the Global Manager level.
- They WOULD NOT give me a clear answer on pay, and I'm confident the reason I was declined was because I specifically requested clarification in all three interviews. Their website had stated "$35K–$85K annually", then HR had told me "50-60k a year + 12% customer success bonus, bonus split into two payments per year (6% once, 6% another)", then the Team manager told me it should be $72k/year + aforementioned split 12% bonus, then finally the Director of Global Support did not have an answer to my request for clarification when asked.
- If you don't hear back within two days of each interview, you have likely not been selected.
