Conversation-like. There were questions and three people who asked them. The questions were all relevant to the job, but they were asked in a personal way, which made the process pleasant.

They asked a lot about my understanding of SEO and related tools.
Interviewing with the Locomotive team was a pleasure. I was reached out to by Marty M. on LinkedIn for this role and quickly got set up to meet with him, Amanda A., and Robert C. for the first interview.
Email communication leading up to our meeting was very upbeat and friendly while remaining professional.
The first interview was focused on meeting each other and hearing about the job opportunity while also having me explain my experience and what I do in my current role. They all made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed the conversation and the questions that were asked of me.
They offered me a second interview and I appreciated that they immediately made sure to discuss salary expectations before moving forward. I kindly declined as I am looking for a different range but their response was very kind and respectful.
Overall, the short exchange I had with their team left such a positive impression on me in comparison to other companies I've interviewed with and is the reason for me wanting to leave this positive review!
