Thorough and fast interview process. Took a month to start after the interview. Was hired two weeks after the interview and started two weeks after signing the offer letter. Interviewed by the Vice President and Account Executive of my unit.

Interview was good. It was a very friendly environment and conversation, but a little intimidating. It was 4 back to back group interviews with 3-4 Lockton associates asking me questions.
