I got a phone interview and then 1 week later I was contacted for an in person interview. They sent me a long test to take before my interview. It included a typing test, personality test, math test and reading test. It took around 2 hours to complete. It was ridiculously long...and had nothing to do with the position I applied for. The next day I went in for my in person interview. First I interviewed with 2 account executives. From the start the vibe was weird. I am a new college grad and don't have a lot of experience in the corporate world yet. One of the interviewers kept mentioning the no experience. And basically took one look at my resume and knew she did not want to hire me. I barely got a chance to talk and sell myself and the interview ended short. Both the interviewers seemed like they did not want to be doing interviews first thing in the morning. My second interview went much better. But once again, kept hounded me about the no experience. And looking like how did this girl get an interview. I am not sure if there was a disconnect or if HR did not show the hiring manager my resume first before the interview but it was embarassing and a COMPLETE waste of my time!!! Lockton is supposed to be all about bringing in new grads and teaching their employees, and employee growth but its clear to me that is not the case. And to top it all off they didn't even send a rejection email to thank me for my time after spending 2 hours on ridiculous assestments, phone interviews, and in person interviews. I took time off of my current job just to interview and not even so much as a a thanks! They claim to be such a great company. But not from what I experienced.

Relatively simple interview questions - make sure to do research on the position you're interview for as well as what Lockton does. They're very flexible - make sure to show your enthusiasm about the company.
