Local Concept interview questions

I sent my CV and got called for an interview. I thought it went well and got called for a second interview where they made me an offer. The only problem was that the offer was as a "fake freelancer" (i would register as a freelancer but work for them full time)

One interview with the managers, at the end they seemed very satisfied with my profile but finally 1 week later I got an e-mail where they said they chose another candidate.
