Had a phone interview, was told I was being moved forward to the hiring manager and would be in touch to book a second interview, and was ghosted. Emailed to follow up, more radio silence. Checked the portal to discover I was not selected for the job. Never got to have that interview.

Manager was very nice. Interview process is super friendly and questions were pretty much straightforward. First few questions were about experience and how it relates to loblaws values and then got into what you saw yourself doing in the near future. Had a great time overall but follow up took 1.5 months.
