I was referred by a friend who had been with the company for over a year. The hiring manager contacted me by phone, and I was invited to the office later that week for a face-to-face interview. I received a phone call three or four days after my interview and was offered a position at that time.

I was asked to describe an instance where a miscommunication had adverse ramifications throughout the organization. The interviewer wanted to know what I could have done differently to prevent this situation, as well as the steps I took to reduce the damage as much as possible.

It was all right from beginning to end. I did get the impression it was a mass hire because of the number of people present and around the building. From when i put in an application on career bulder, I heard back within a week or two. I had a brief phone interview and came in for a in person interview. It went smooth and i got an offer a few days later.

Really easy and quick. You could tell as long as you met a minimum of qualities they would take you. To be quite honest I felt over qualified for the position but it was worth a shot to see what the company was about. They definitely left alot out of the conversation about what this place was like.
