I had a paid working interview, was hired within that week. It's not hard, you can pretty much say anything you want as they will hire anyone due to turnover rate.

Had an initial phone interview that went very well, than an in person interview follow by a short phone follow up to talk about details. They moved very quickly and were eager to have someone start soon.
