2 stage process, both in person
The first stage is a get to know you, run through your CV, they ask you questions about their values and how you align to them
The second stage involves a task, this is usually given to you a few days prior to the interview

They showed me pages of their annual report on the screen and asked me to comment on what I saw.
The aim was to test my insurance knowledge e.g. the pages showed GWP, Combined Ratio figures, Cat risks and more
I had ~ 2 minutes to view the page and take notes and ~ 1 minute to feedback what I understood from the page
Competency interviews are used. Have examples structured to provide answers. This will help. Next round is less formal or less structured with more flow to the discussion and questions. Many first round will be virtual
