Streamlined process. 1st round with a hiring manager, sales assessment, 2nd round with Head of HR. Didn't have to wait ages to be moved on to the next stage, was pretty much self-paced which was refreshing, because I've interviewed with many companies that take 1-2 months to even extend an offer. This was more like 1 week. Ended up not accepting the offer only because timing wasn't right but seems like an agile company for the most part, just dealing with a lot of volume.
