First round had 15 questions. First 10 questions were related to debugging, finding complexities of a program. 11th question asks you to write your approach/ideas on the six degrees of kevin bacon problem. Followed by a question on "Why Liveramp"? Other questions were related to your visa status.
Second round was a phone interview for 30 minutes. He was really quick and hardly gave you any time to discuss your approach. I think they were looking for certain key words, if you get them right, you should be safe i guess. You can hit the right answer if you have already seen the question before, otherwise i think you cannot say those key terms in the given team. This question was discussed for not more than 10 minutes, so i found it difficult to get the right answer.
