Interview
HR cancelled the first interview the day it was supposed to happen and rescheduled for another day. HR just simply didn't show up nor email/call and then explained that she/he "forgot" it and she/he had a doctor appointment. We rescheduled, and she/he said that she/he'd get back after few days and if not I should chase her/him to remind her/him about my application. No respect for the candidates and no valuation of their time.

They hire through Cognizant in India.
They are not fair, discriminatory even.
They don't share any feedback.
They will offer 20-22 LPA max. They've been interviewing for the same role since the last 1.5 year and have barely hired people.

The recruiter ghosted me and didn't respond to my follow up, despite saying they were going to move forward with me. No rejection letter, nothing. The recruiting function is simply poor here.

Job was listed as remote but when I had my 1st interview, the recruiter said the posting was not updated. 3 days in office is a big difference from remote, so that was disappointing.
