After applying online on there website there is a digital interview. You log on the application portal and you have 30 seconds to think about pre-selected questions and about 3 minutes to speak. Everything is recorded without any human contact.
The process is so dehumanized that you receive email from a "no-reply" email address and if you have t had some information you have to reapply!

Applied online, then a week later was invited to do a digital interview via a HireVue link sent to my email where I recorded answers to 5 interview questions (and the digital interview had to be done within the next 36 hours). Then after submitting that, it took a little over 3 weeks until I heard back.

Interview
A phone interview followed by an onsite visit. You have to visit San Francisco, but they are willing to fly you out for one night. There were about 5 interviews during one day, all lasting about half an hour each.
