Interview
It was comprehensive but very transparent and was a positive experience. Did a first round with HR manager, second round with 2 execs plus a take-home assignment they gave 48 hours to complete. The assignment was lengthy but of reasonable difficulty. They did take quite a long time to review internally after that but did not ghost me which was pleasantly surprising since so many other companies these days just ghost and you never hear back.

1) One-way video interview with 3 questions to answer for about 1.5 minute
2) First virtual face to face interview with the HR
3) Second virtual face to face interview with another member from the team.
