I went to the center and met with a director who gave me a run down of the program. The run down was very thorough. Afterwards, I was sent to the main building across the street to meet with the executive directors. They took a look at my resume and asked about my education and my experience. They told me what the compensation was and what the schedule would be and then asked me if I were interested.
