I was just a crew worker who was just simply asked if I wanted to be a shift manager. So They interviewed me and I accepted the role. The pay increase was nice. Esp after the other shift manger with me quit later. The whole interview system is pretty basic. They just asked you questions, then make sure you can handle it and then your on your own. Cake!

Manager called me 2 days after my submitted application. The manager was friendly and reassuring on how simple the job was. We toured the restaurant and explained what the job consist of to what was expected.

Manager wasn't even at the store at the agreed upon time. An employee contacted her on the phone and then asked me to fill out an application. She then informed me that the manager would give me a call when she got in. Still waiting on that call.
