I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lish (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Three direct interviews and a comprehensive case study. Offered a 3 year outlook and cost effective approach prior to them deciding through my work it was easier to take my prospective data and do it themselves.

Question 1
To present a comprehensive go to market strategy to absolve the catastrophic losses due to the pandemic.
The process is your basic phone interview questions and the interviewer did not seem engaging or excited about the company or role. When I provided an answer to one of her questions she interrupted me which I thought was rude. The final part of the interview is a "Case Study" e-mail where you a given a scenario to deal with however, This company has really no SOP's which makes it nearly impossible to know how to handle this issue as a "Lish Employee" would. I would steer clear of this company as just like Peachd and others all it will take is for Amazon to make an offer to buy them and then your done.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your interview experience. I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience. Our goal is always to be respectful and I'm sorry that you were interrupted. Since our phone screens are only 30 minutes, the interviewers sometimes refocus the conversation so we can do a proper evaluation in the limited time. Having said that we appreciate your feedback and we'll review if we need to make changes.
In the role that you interviewed for, we are looking for someone who is interested in building and improving our customer success SOPs. We do have existing SOPs, but we are always working on improving and developing new ones. The case study is designed to measure whether a candidate can work without guidance, demonstrate problem-solving and written communication skills.
