It was a short interview in the store's backup room. The manager took the interview. He was so chill, and he made me feel relaxed too. He gave me clear instructions. The application was for a part-time position, but the manager told me they were looking for casual employees.

Interview
It was a formal interview process. It started by applying online, afterwards I would do a personality test. After waiting about a month I was contacted by the store manager himself by phone call where we organised a meeting at the store.
