I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Linn Products in May 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed for a role with this company and found the application process to be quite involved. It began with detailed questions about why I’d be a good fit for the role and what I could bring to the position, along with submitting a CV and a two-minute presentation. After progressing past this stage, I was asked to complete two assessments — one focused on behavioural traits and another measuring speed and accuracy.
Two weeks later, I received an invitation for what was initially described as a “chat,” but this ultimately turned out to be a full formal interview.
Two days after the interview, it was especially disappointing to receive a standard rejection email that felt rushed and impersonal. While I understand that detailed feedback isn’t always possible, the email itself showed a surprising lack of care — inconsistent fonts, grammatical errors, and even sections that didn’t really make sense. It gave the impression that it had been thrown together without much thought. After putting so much time and energy into the process, it felt disheartening and left me questioning whether that effort had been valued at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions that required specific examples. It would have been beneficial to know this was going to be a full interview as I would've been more prepared.
