I applied online. I interviewed at Lindt & Sprüngli (Birmingham, England)
Interview
The interview process took a while but the over interview was quite easy. They asked a lot about the company to see how much I knew. They also asked quite a lot about me and what I did at college and why I was interested in the role.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canberra)
Interview
The interview was pretty chill. We went to the cafe across to have a chat. But I had the most shocking experience ever with this company. I applied in June. Got called in September and was interviewed. I was then told I got an offer in November, and accepted it... The manager even told me that she will send the schedule and give me my uniform. By December (the time I was supposed to start working), I received nothing. I contacted the manager again asking what happened, and she said the company was low on budget. I was completely baffled by this. Why would you go as far as interviewing someone without knowing about your budget? Thankfully I hadn't quit my previous job for them after accepting the Lindt offer. I know many people who would quit their previous jobs for bigger named companies. This was my 6th job interview experience, so I don't know if this is considered normal. However, I've had both big and small companies that interviewed me in the pass, and never have I had faced such an unorganized group of management.
