The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screen with an HR recruiter covering your background and availability. The second was an in-person interview with the district or regional manager, focusing on leadership experience, how you handle employee performance issues, your ability to drive sales, and situational questions like how you would organize your day and handle policy violations. The process took about one to two weeks from application to offer.

Interview
Straightforward phone interview process, went very well. Said I would hear back "next week", one month later received an automated robo e-mail saying I didn't get the job. If you say you are going to do something, do it. If you are conducting an interview, have the confidence and don't be scared to tell people they didn't get the job, that's literally the only difficult part of your job. Closure is a healthy practice for both parties involved.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lindt & Sprüngli in Aug 2009
Interview
The DM was a very odd woman.
She somehow lost my resume, but was able to contact my boyfriend's parents to get my number. How, I don't know. The whole process took about a month
