1) Technical Test: Eliminate 90% of the people 2) F2F interview: Started with an HR interview by the HR head. Shifted to highly techincal interview later. Was asked to draw SFD BMD and load path. Questions very not just restricted to structural. Topics related to general civil were also covered. Ended with 5 mins of HR interview.
