Very thorough process with a nice "get to know you time" via Zoom before visiting the school. Interviewed with different groups (3) of people from various areas of the school and although awkward at times, it gave me a sense of why people worked at the school and probably more importantly, why they stayed at the school.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln School
Interview
It was easy and only consisted of one interview with the principal of the division. The questions focused around teaching pedagogy and best fit for the school community. It was conducted virtually and I heard back within a week.

Interview when you drop off application and you get a call a few days later. It isn't really difficult to get a job here. all you really have to know is english and they'll find a place you in the school.
