It wasn’t really revealed until the interview that the job would be completely onsite. Expect for future roles that you will be expected to work onsite. I appreciated that the interviewers clearly took their time in prepping for the interview. They didn’t notify me until weeks later that they chose someone else, so communication wasn’t the greatest; I had already accepted a better and fully remote position by the time they told me they had hired someone else.
