First Stage: HR Screening HR asked fairly normal screening questions. Such as describe your previous roles/experience, Salary expectations. Availability and when can earliest I could start working. Second Interview: With Panel of Engineers They were mostly checking the motivation and willingness to learn. Common questions were about what I liked about engineering? What were the subjects I liked and disliked? Strengths and weaknesses. Third Interview: Engineering and Director Director were asking behavioural questions related to how do you respond to stress. Describe a time when you were in conflict with the coworker and how did you resolve it? Why do you want to work for lincoln electric?

Entirely behavioural questions, with an emphasis on teamworking and my projects. The HR interviewer was sick, so it was done with only the managers who would have worked with me.
