I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lincare (Little Falls, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very Laid back and more about why they need me and then why I need them. They contacted me asking me to apply for the position. I did. They then did a phone interview asking what I need to make and some other questions. The phone interview was good but I say the minimum income I would take and they still called me in for a second interview and it was half that of what I was making with a minimal commission book of business. The in-person interview was unorganized and a bit of a waste of time.
I had already told them on a phone interview my income requirements which were higher then 29,000 they call me in and told me I would be making half of what I make with a minimal book of business to start and I would need to be oncall every 5th weekend.
The process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the center manager, and there a final interview with both the area manager and center manager.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lincare (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Laid back, but also not fully transparent. There are a lot of things in medical sales that aren’t shared until you’re in the field. Gould’s is the preferred provider for almost all locations in Louisville.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lincare (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Lincare has a very transparent and straightforward process, it was well communicated and laid out. This interview process, while not lengthy, was well put together and aided in understanding responsibilities, while explaining your experience.
