I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lin and Associates (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2018
Interview
Casual. Two interviewers ask a series of behavioral and culture questions that are at times very redundant. They seemed to recognize this and did convey that the company really cares about cultural fit.
The coding questions are extremely easy and need to be updated. One white boarding question, and one question testing if you can read code and say what the code does. Overall the interviewers were really good and make you feel welcome, but the coding questions need to be updated if they want serious candidates.

Interview
I was called by the secretary and an interview was scheduled. When I went in for my interview there were two inteeviewers. They asked basic interview questions such as greatest strength and weakness. The interview did not take a long time. We talked a little bit about the job. The interviewer was not very professional. He was very lax with his language, he cussed a few times. He was very unreceptive to any wrong answers or questions. As if he was responding to someone asking a stupid question, something he thinks everyone should know.

Interview
First there was a phone interview. They asked if I had heard of the company. They asked me for an interview. I sat in front of an engineer and a software guy and they asked typical interview questions. They showed me around the place.
