no technical round, just based on how much salary we are ready to accept the job. the lesser we are ready to work for the company is happy. They are not ready to offer any help for travel and when asked they offered some space to stay on weekdays along with the staff at their donkey farm

My interview seemed unconventional but the owner brought me in and didn't actually interview me. He instead pshychoanalyzed my resume and application, making assumptions about my past, asking personal questions and offering his life story plus advice all in the name of "helping me grow" because it was his duty. I was brought in for a second interview with him and his wife and asked illegal questions he already knew the answers to because I was naive enough to discuss my personal life in the first interview. I walked out of the second interview because I was uncomfortable with the situation and obvious bias against me.
