A few days after applying I was told I was moved forward to the "next step" I was then made to take a lengthy personality and cultural assessment. After 5 days of silence, I followed up and was asked to take a further assessment. After about another week of silence, I followed up and was given a bland corporate response about the company being busy but they appreciated my follow-up. Another few days later I received a copy and pasted rejection email and no further correspondence. At no point did I feel like my time was valued or that their HR team was doing an adequate job of interacting with me as a candidate.

After applying I received an email saying I was on to the next step which was a culture and personality assessment. After waiting a few days and hearing nothing, I reached out and was told that they were reviewing applicants. A few minutes later I got an email informing me that I had made it to the next step and which was a copy assessment. Never heard back and did not feel like reaching out once again.
