Interview
The first interview was a remote meeting, mainly based on competence and my professional background. The second and final interview took place 4 days later at the Paris offices. This time, it was a role-playing session followed by a use case, ending with mutual feedback.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three steps.
First, I had a 30-minute interview with the Talent Acquisition team to learn more about the role and discuss my background, experience, and what I was looking for.
The second step was a business case with two Sales Managers, designed to assess my market knowledge and my ability to structure my work. It turned into an open discussion with honest exchanges and feedback.
The final step was a walking challenge, directly in the field facing prospects and clients with my future manager.

"I am the owner of a traditionnal French restaurant preparing a boeuf bourguignon ahead of the lunch service. You walk into my restaurant - How do you approach me?"
The discussions with the talent partner Rawad Al-Kattan and the sales manager Jonas Vehns, were very pleasant, professional and productive.
I was asked relevant questions about my professional career to date.
