I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed in Aug 2015
Interview
A couple of phone screening calls plus in person interview. I had to prepare some sort of sales role-play to the managers in order to evaluate my sales/analysis capacity. The interviews themselves were not very complicated, however as for any interview it is worthy to be well prepared and understand what they do. In the end the offered me a job but meantime I have already accepted another offer.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Anchorage, AK) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was a quick and fair, friendly virtual interview . They do ask you to make a $5000 investment to get the job.
The sales position is a 1099 position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2023
Interview
First interview is with an in house recruiter. They are based out of Canada and I am US based so they are actively looking for remote US jobs that will work for me.
Well structured, there was an initial screening call with HR, then met with sales managers, followed by head of sales. It was relatively fast, first call to meeting head of sales took place over a couple of weeks.
