Three rounds of interviews with 5 people total, all over Zoom, not including a screening phone call. First one was 30min, the other two were about an hour. Despite the amount of time I had to talk and listen, each interviewer pretty much asked me the same set of questions. Not sure if they were testing for consistency or just failed to coordinate among each other. The interview questions were incredibly basic and almost entirely behavioral (tell a time when you struggled, why do you want to work here, etc.). I wasn't really sure why there needed to be 3 rounds of interviews if each round was going to be the same content and none of the questions were technical. After the third round, I heard nothing back from anybody in the firm, even after reaching out. So, frankly, the whole experience felt uncoordinated and a waste of my time.
