My first interview was a skype interview for 45 minutes and my second was a 15 minute phone call with the director. A week after the second interview, they called to offer me the job.

It was a zoom interview that was relaxed and comfortable. I was asked questions about my training, experience, and education. My answers were jotted down. The possible job duties were explained in great detail and any questions I had were answered.
