LightStream interview questions

The company ghosted me after the first interview. Went through a personality test that asked pretty personal questions. Once I got past that, I met once with one of the partners. She mentioned that it's been hard to keep "a pulse on what people are doing" since going remote because of covid - this was a red flag for me that this company might want to micromanage you.

The interview process was very thorough. There was an initial IQ test that needed to be taken. Once tested, you are brought in for a face-to-face interview. They asked extensively about my previous employment, asking about former clients, type of work done, job descriptions.
