Two guys (manager and architect) interviewed me for one hour, asked basically only about my experience. No coding tests, hopefully, no test tasks. They described their project, and it was obvious that they have serious technical leadership and management problems. I don't think any hired architect will help them to solve those problems. They are building a new system from scratch with microservices, but don't have any standard of what microservice should be. I said about it, but they declined the idea of any standards and said that they have good developers and it's enough. They also don't have any repetitive development process, as I understood. I'm sure they won't succeed with such a chaotic approach. The interview was finished with usual "we'll think and call you". A week later HR informed me that my candidature is declined without any feedback.
