Received a call from the front desk HR lady to set a phone interview-had phone interview
Phone interview was pretty basic they asked about my resume and told about the job and pay.
Received an e-mail the next day for a 1/1 interview-the 1/1 interview was with the department manager-pretty standard questions but not the typical "tell me about a time" since this isn't a customer service job it's a factory/plant. The questions pretty much depend on what department you're applying for. I was interviewing for data entry so I was asked about my computer skills and typing speed. After the interview they will take you on a tour of the plant, send you home and if you're in they will start sending e-mails for background and drug testing. Orientation is next witch is 3 hours then they give you your start date....

i brought in an application. had my interview where they offered me the job. had a drug screening and background check. i received a call the next day with a start date. no paid training just thrown in. baptism by fire if you will

Interview
Submitted resume online - took 2 weeks before they called for interview (actually applied for a different position and they said my resume looked better for this position - not sure if it was a bait & switch situation). The interview went really well and I thought they would be calling me back within a few days. I didn't get a call back offering me the job until 2 weeks after the interview!! Ridiculous for an $8 an hour job, that I was over-qualified for to begin with!

They asked ALL of the typical interview questions you would find online. i.e. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What's your strengths and weaknesses? Tons of questions...literally like all the ones you see on all the job help websites.
