Relaxed but formal interview process. Don't be fooled as you still have to be proffessional. Try are looking for well presented individuals who are good with customer service and sales. They will train in photography but experience is preferred.

Interview
I was interviewed and told the basics of the job. When I inquired about compensation, I was given a much higher figure than the average. He also mislead me on many of the job processes, and implied that the job was easy. It turns out the job was very difficult.
